PRIVACY POLICY
At mst3k.com we are working to keep all personal information we collect safe and sound.
Here is our policy.
We will apply the privacy policy we have in place to all the data we collected. However if our policy changes we will apply the rules the were in place when the data was collected .
What we collect:
At mst3k.com unless you voluntarily provide it to us we do not collect personally identifiable information. Sometimes we may ask visitors to give an e-mail address for news updates or contact information.
If you order products from the MST3K store you will be required to provide the obvious personal information including credit card information.
It is not our intention to collect information from children under 13 unless they have their parent’s consent.
Our system will collect some non-personal information when you come to our site, such as, OS type and browser, and domain of the ISP.
What we do with what we collect:
Any personal information we do collect is for internal purposes only. Obviously we need to use the information you give us to fill orders or to keep you updated on what is going on if you so request.
The only time we give out this information is to people who work with us to fulfill orders and we insist they keep that information confidential. We will use non-personal information see how the site is working and to make improvements.
If required by subpoena or court order we will disclose specified information. We may also disclose specified information upon request by a law enforcement agency.
Currently we do not use cookies. We will change this policy if we decide to use them later.

We have installed safeguards to help prevent unauthorized use of our site or the data we collect.
No credit card information is stored on our server. Your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to Pay Pal using Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL).
